Thursdays at Cuckoo's Nest, Old Saybrook

Charlie Sutton and I continue our 15 + years of Thursday night appearances at the Cuckoo's Nest, 1712 Post Road, Old Saybrook (off I-95, Exit 66, tel. 860-399-9060). One patron wrote enthusiastically, "Your music transports us to another dimension. Your interpretations are fresh, fun and often deeply touching. We so appreciate your artistry." Our CD, "Deep In A Dream", is available at each of our gigs, and The Cuckoo's Nest is the top Mexican & Cajun restaurant in the state, so you won't be disappointed with the food... or the music! We're there every Thursday from 6:00-10:00 pm.

Sunday Jazz Brunch at Scoozzi's with Tony Lombardozzi...

An excellent Sunday Jazz Brunch is at Scoozzi Trattoria, 1104 Chapel St., New Haven (tel. 776-8268). The steady job belongs to the inspiring jazz guitarist, Tony Lombardozzi, who's there every Sunday from 12 noon to 3 pm. I'll be playing with him on Sundays, May 4 and 11 (Mother's Day) and June 15 and 22. Also, there is a First Thursday thrown in there - Thurs., June 5th, with Ron Vincent added on drums. 6 - 9 pm. Jeff Fuller & Friends is what I call my groups of flexible sizes and instrumentations, ranging from duos to trios, quartets and up to 8 - 9 piece bands, with optional singers! We are available for bookings at public and private events, with a repertoire consisting of jazz and Latin music of unusual depth and improvisatory nature, yet always listenable and swinging for dancers.
